“I was bred and born in the briar patch, Brer Fox,” he called. “Born and bred in the briar patch.”

 Creating The Br’er Rabbit Look

I wouldn’t actually suggest walking around with a thorn bracelet, but it’s all about inspiration here, and since Br’er Rabbit was ‘bred and born in the briar patch’, it was necessary. The whole aim of this look is to pull off a classy yet rustic weathered look. To do this, it’s all about balance. Teaming slouched worn brown boots with neat fitted blue jeans. The brown hat, was inspired by the quote from one of the stories, describing Br’er Rabbit wearing a hat. “Good Morning,” said Br’er Rabbit, doffing his hat. “Nice weather we’re having.” The pink is a nod to Disney’s Br’er Rabbit, but the v neck sweater feel is cosier. And to finish it off, a rustic rabbit ring.
